With over 15 years in the property management industry, Mathew has worked as a receptionist, property manager and finally as an office manager. This has given him a thorough in-depth view of property management requirements - assisting him to help our clients to get the best results from Palace. Mathew attends conferences, conducts Palace demos and assists new clients with their onboarding process before handing them over to the trainers.

Ange is the savvy lead of the Training team, she creates, schedules and conducts Palace training to help clients use Palace more efficiently in their business. She has been in the real estate industry for 17 years, 8 of those years have been with property management software in Australia and New Zealand.
FUN FACT: Ange really enjoys riding her motorbike on a nice day, it's a great way to clear the head. It's an approved work vehicle so if clients don't mind her turning up with bike-gear in tow then it's her preferred way to travel.

Anne is one of the longest-standing team members at Palace. With a background in banking and the financial sector, she'll analyse, audit and troubleshoot your trust account financial records. She's our financial detective, she will find any input error or fraudulent behaviour, she thrives on the challenge of identifying what has taken place and rectifying the issue.
FUNFACT: Anne loves her dogs and racing around local streets on her E-Scooter.

Jessie is brilliant at troubleshooting client's problems. Her slogan 'You break it, I fix it!' is what makes her such an awesome support person. Natalie is another Support superstar who will pick up the phone to support customers. She worked as a chef and cake decorator but was looking for a career with more growth when she found Palace. She started as a volunteer and enjoyed the company culture so much that she wanted to stay! He started in Support 6 years ago in Upper Hutt and has since moved back to the Bay of Plenty. He enjoys being able to learn from the knowledgeable people around him.

Lisa has previously worked as a Property Administrator and Tenancy Manager for a social and disability housing provider. At Palace she tests the software updates from the users perspective. She enjoys the investigation side of potential issues the most. 'It is gratifying to find the cause, whether it is a software or process issue.'
FUN FACT: Lisa loves spending time with her 2 young boys and husband. As an active family, they enjoy long bush walks with the dogs, fishing and going out on the boat.

As the Development Manager Simona is in charge of the development team and is responsible for the smooth releases of Palace. She works closely with the support team to assist with client's queries. Andrew is the longest standing developer at Palace, he's key at solving problems, fixing bugs and developing new features. He started tinkering and developing at the early age of 12 and has never looked back. He loves the challenges of finding new solutions to optimise the software.

Jiffy always has a smile on her face and is always ready to help out if you a hand. Besides being the light of the dev team, she works on adding features to Palace and she manages Palace Live. With a background in graphic design, she has a wealth of experience to call on from broadcasting to digital marketing to print. Chelsea looks after a huge variety of tasks in the Upper Hutt office, from customer service, support, Health & Safety to Palace Live to Liquid moves. She loves the variety and customer interaction the role gives her. Prior to working at Palace she was responsible for implementing a water and soil management project across a group of 200 farms in the south Island. This has given her a skill-set to help out across the board at Palace.

Michael and his brother Duncan jointly lead the Auckland office. Michael stays busy running around; helping customers, helping colleagues and putting the ever-changing property management jigsaw together. Duncan oversees the development team & ensures all systems run at peak performance. He's always on the lookout for the latest technology and processes to implement.
19 years ago, while at Auckland University he joined his father Ron at Realbase. Ron had developed an 'older version' of the property management software called 'Realbase Property Management'. Duncan started to develop 'Palace' to replace this version, he even came up with its name.

Mandy has built and leads the team in the Upper Hutt office. She's been with Palace for over 12 years and is continually on the lookout on how to optimize the software for our clients.
FUN FACT: She's a self-proclaimed 'Dog Mad', she owns a dog daycare centre plus takes boarding dogs at home. "I am constantly laughing at their antics. If a small long-haired dash hound finds another dog annoying it will run flat tack on his little legs and bowls into them. It is so funny!"

Ron founded the original property management software Realbase almost 30 years ago. After arriving in NZ from South Africa with 2 young sons, his wife Jill worked as a real estate agent. They soon realised the need for a good p.m. software. Ron has recently retired and has left his 2 sons to direct the company. Ron is now a passionate golf player.
FUN FACT: 'One year a property manager was late for our meeting, turned out her tenant's dog had bitten the visiting owner, who had to be taken to hospital!'
